All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping – Orders over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except for some remote areas in Asia. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Overview

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Condition Requirements: All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items with original tags and packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your return authorization email

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return request

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Avalanche Safety Gear (due to specialized safety requirements)
  • Base Layer Bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
  • Base Layer Tops (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags
  • Personalized or custom-made items

We thoroughly inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that don’t meet our return conditions.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt):

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We support refunds to:

International Returns

As a global retailer serving outdoor enthusiasts worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia), we accept international returns. Please note:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, and the amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations
